Each part or chapter can be your story. All the thoughts inside in each chapter, even the title can connect on your life and everyone else's life who are about to read this.

Every chapter has a story of different individuals whom i'm dealing with. People usually talk to me spicifically my friends, about their problems or burdens in life and by that conversation I'm creating a different kinds of thoughts.

The purpose of this textbook is to give advice and enlighten people who are suffering in different kinds of problems or situations in their lives.
