This is if Shuichi Saihara failed multiple times to save all his friends and gives in ,starting to enjoy the killing game. He acts as if HE is the mastermind and acts insane to where even Kokichi Ouma (the ultimate supreme leader) gets freaked out and slightly concerned for his mental health
