Sixteen year old Blue moves from home to a different town to fix things that weren't going right for her. That being her mental health and her relationship with her sister. But living without a parent or guardian meant she was illegally staying in town.

Eighteen year old Parker becomes friends with Blue after they meet at a therapy group session. With Blue trying to hide, Parker helps her. Blue never knew though that Parker was going through so much and was in hiding too.

When the girls start getting pictures taken of them and threats. Blue gets scared but Parker knew what was going on. They fall apart because Parker tries to keep Blue away for her safety but Blue wants to help and starts investigating herself. But what she finds out might not be what she expected.
