Many of thousands of years ago, lyed a battle between an argument of the Galra wanting to have food and power, but the Alteans wanting them to stay in their "place." One saying that was agreed to and won, was never to cross sides. However, that never appealed to Lance, a prince of Altea.
One night, he sneaks out to "experience" the Galra's home.
But what happens when he runs into a boy from the Galra's side?
Will they be rivals, like in history, or will there relationship be much more?
Will the battle, from hundreds of years ago return, once they realize their vibe?

Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
