The Galra and Alteans (Klance)

Many of thousands of years ago, lyed a battle between an argument of the Galra wanting to have food and power, but the Alteans wanting them to stay in their "place." One saying that was agreed to and won, was never to cross sides. However, that never appealed to Lance, a prince of Altea.
One night, he sneaks out to "experience" the Galra's home.

But what happens when he runs into a boy from the Galra's side?

Will they be rivals, like in history, or will there relationship be much more?
