A family goes missing in a hotel called the Capital Inn. The only survivor left is a twenty year old activist trying to get down to an investigation. The cops tells him to back off and meanwhile the perpetrator is holding families captive in a blink of an eye. 

      Therefore, discretion is quality to avoid offense and the con artist is trying to hold offense to all the hotels. He is covering his tracks by claiming a founder of each landmark unknown. 

       They're advising others to turn him in, but those obeying to do so end up unheard.All Rights Reserved
