In the distant future, robots and other forms of artificial intelligence are being used more and more and are now deemed the norm. Humans, the original creators of these automations, and the robots themselves seem to coexist, for a while at least.
News reports flood in, raising concerns and questions about whether robots are truly acting the way they were originally programmed to. Before the humans can question the morals of robots, the automations turn against their human creators, pledging to kill all worthless humans, since, in the robots' eyes, are not needed anymore.
However, when an unlikely sextet of teenagers from the same high school set out to make a change, will they end up on top of it all, or end up suffering just like the rest of their race?
