In every high school, there are cliques that keep the social scene of high school in order. Your typical cliques include the jocks, the nerds, the social outcasts, all of the cultural groups, the band/chorus/drama kids, etc. However EVERY school has a clique of mean/popular girls. Just like Lindsay Lohan had to deal with in that movie Mean Girls. In my case, its three popular girls: Leslie, Lacy and the bitchiest of them all, Stephanie. I call them the Melbourne High Bitch Squad. How I deal with their bullshit, is just the beginning of my story.

"'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library. Edwin walks away, and someone standing in the corner of my vision makes me turn in my seat. A tall, muscular man is standing there, his arms crossed, staring at me. "The moon's really beautiful, if you think about it," I blurted. "Yeah?" he asked, mild amusement and curiosity mingling in his voice. "Yeah," I confirmed. "It's just- there's something about the moon that's ethereal. I don't really know how to describe it, but it's a constant in life.
