Something big and heavy slammed into my side and sent me flying backwards. Confusion washed over me while i was hurled into the air, bounced over the tree and onto the floor with a disgusting snapping sound. My breath was yanked away from my lungs leaving me gasping for a painful breath.My whole side was numb and kept me paralyzed to the soft ground. My wolf slowly shifted us back into human form trying to ease the pain with the bliss shifting gave us both. Something dark passed over Leah and i, blocking the warm sun for just awhile. Sleep was already slithering its way to me. I woke to my limbs sore and my head hurting. I didn't open my eyes but chose to feel around me instead. I could feel leaves and grass underneath me along with the wind sliding along my skin.
