What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...

Twelve Districts, twenty-four valiant tributes. Many will enter, but only one will exit. Far into the wilderness, upon the glorious land of Panem, these tributes will prove themselves to their families and districts back home. Only the bravest, boldest, most courageous, and smartest tribute will succeed. These tributes will rely on quick wit and their intellect to get them through the dangers of The Hunger Games. When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever. This Quarter Quell promises to be the worst Games since the rebellion. This story is being entered in the 2015 Wattys! Comment and vote and read please!

On the One-Hundredth Anniversary, two twists are to be introduced. As a reminder that men have always been in the forefront of the war, this year's tributes will be reaped from the pool of eligible men in each district.
