18 year old Shadowhunter half Warlock Halle Tate coming straight from Idris to Chicago. A very unfamiliar territory but she won't experience this alone because of her twin Warlock brother Haden, she's been waiting for the day for her and her family to reunite since they've been separated because of her mother marrying a Warlock and her brother not being full Nephilim. Regardless of the circumstances she can still communicate with her brother telepathically having warlock blood in both of them so she always gets updates. As soon as she steps into this new place, her world is turned upside down when their mother is kidnapped by their father whom they thought was dead all these years and with all the madness of her mothers disappearance and their father coming back alive, she notices someone is following her. Is it her father? Or her imagination? All this stress is driving her mad but thank goodness for her love in ballet to take her mind off things... For now.
