Feel the wind on your face as it ruffles the leaves on the trees. Feel a child's cold fingers curling around your wrist. Feel the water as it slides past your bleeding lips. Feel the hard earth as your face hits the dirt. But no matter you do, you still can't FEEL a thing. [With thanks to Matida Vistbacka on Unslpah for Cover Photography]

Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now. I give thanks to anyone who reads this collection, it's appreciated with all my heart and if you also happen to hit the little vote button, you have my eternal gratitude ❤️.
