"I do not understand why I am being accused of something I did not do. I did not kill anyone. Who is that guy?" Dean questioned the detective in front of him. He sat in an interrogation room, hands and feet cuffed to the back of the chair he now occupied. 

The detective, Drake Withers, responded with a scoff. He circled his target, reached the opposing end of the interrogation table, slammed his hands against it and spoke Dean Jacobs' demise. 

"If you claim you are no killer, despite having your fingerprints all over the crime scene, answer this: Where were you last night at nine o' clock in the evening? And who is your alibi?" 

"I...I was...." Dean paused. 

Where had he been? 

I don't remember.
