Liz Bennet's junior year starts on a normal note, until the arrival of new students in the small town changes everything seemingly for the worse. But Liz has a lot of lessons to learn, and one of them is that not all that glitters is gold, and diamonds actually come from dirt.
I have wanted so much to write a modern version of P&P, and after battling on whether I should write a college or high school version, I finally settled on high school. The main reason I went for high school was that so I can write a college sequel of it when I go through withdrawal again.(•‿•)

I have just finished reading Pride and Prejudice for the 100th time, and I really wanted to see how Elizabeth and Darcy handle their married life, so I decided to write my own sequel. This is just to satisfy my own wild side, I have never been to Great Britain (but I would love to!), and I know very little of the 19th century traditions. *I appreciate all the corrections I get on the culture/timeline/location/language/plotline dearly and would do my best to fix my mistakes in the story. Some trauma from home is found and in danger of being told, things that she doesn't really want people to know. You'd think getting through high school would be easy. A certain bad boy who happens to be her neighbor takes a keen interest in her. She's never liked anyone and has had no real interest in any relationship, only her studies that kept her busy. He's smart but acts like he's the greatest and he tries to impress her but she can hardly be impressed by things she can do.
