After an unexpected attack from what was seemingly his greatest enemy, Prince Seto finds himself in an unfamiliar world. Now he must locate the Soul Diamonds: seven jewels with great power that have been taken from his home dimension.

Meanwhile, Sky finds a strange gem similar to one of his own world's powerful relics, the Chaos Diamonds. Before he can investigate, a mysterious boy in a purple hooded cape snatches it, and quickly disappears.

Strange things have been happening in the zones since then, and a tear in the dimensional space-time fabric threatens not only Sky's world, but another universe as well.
