Clans fought to dominate the leaderboard which determined a non existent power level and gaining money to purchase the most exquisite items.
Reality was something anyone could alter however the world outside was nothing but an abandoned waste land.

I was born a Male, One of those people who were pressured by society to grow up playing sports and be the leader of the household after the age of 20. When I hit the age of 9 I didn't feel right when I was forced to hang around the "lads" as everyone calls them. I wanted to play with the girls, putting on makeup and testing new hair styles.
I didn't feel comfortable in my own body....

Some of the doesn't even consider it as secrets, it is as clear as what you see but nobody cares until everyone really does care. But... why do they care? why do you all sudden care? Are you too curious about somebody's secret life because you yourself also has something to hide? Like what? Obsession? Addiction? Guilty Pleasure? Everything is getting judged and by that everything comes out eventually so why be curious about somebody else's? People in the world struggles a lot for what they want, what they like and what they need and that is how their life is, nobody can be blamed if there are people against but why would we spend time knowing more about what you already know? Is it more than judgement? Is it something more than curious or it is really because you are interested? Its either those 3, maybe those are the stages and you are slowly turning obsessed. Mind you, everything you see in school are the faces you see only in school. Everything! But there is more that lies behind the mask and if you want to know too much, its maybe cause you care even if you deny it or not. You are not widely awake in the reality unlike everybody and the world is too fake to fake yourself as the realest and the cleanest. The whole class struggles and makes it in school by having a backup or alternative plan to survive and some of them has the saddest and the riskiest ones so what do you know? what do you want to know? why would you want to know? We both love wearing dresses, the prettier the better. We also both love cosplaying and have a flair for magical-girl style characters. But that is where our similarities end. Izzy has always loved dresses, one of her favourite memories is when her parents got her a sewing machine for her ninth birthday, a real one. She's been making and designing her own dresses ever since. She gets most of her inspiration from two sources, videogames and anime. Her favourite thing to do is to make the frilliest dress in an anime. There is something liberating about stepping into the skin of a magical girl, changing into someone else can be the safest way to explore who you really are. Izzy's current obsession is the newly released 'Magical Princess Club' and especially the character Sakura. So, when she finds someone at a convention who is cosplaying Aoi, Sakura's best friend in the anime, she can't help but want to get to know them better. Because something in the way they portray Aoi gives her butterflies in her stomach. Even though she knows that more than just being friends will probably never happen... Elliot's first time crossplaying Aoi at a convention is a little more overwhelming than he thought it would be. He keeps getting compliments, but some of the stares make him a little uncomfortable. He's made cosplays before, but always male characters, he never really dared to do what he really wanted, cosplaying a magical girl. But after watching Aoi on the screen, he knew that he had to try. He had to take that step. Aoi had to be his first crossplay. I'm an aspiring screenplay writer, work at our local 50's diner, Sally's, and have a group of great friends. I also happen to be living mostly out of my car. It's okay though, it's a pretty good life. No school, I was expelled. My brother stays with me a lot. Life is good. The title New Names is inspired by the identity struggle some trans kids go through, especially if they're in an unsafe environment.
