HELP

Nobody is here. Nobody. I can't get him out of my mind I can't the things he did to me out my my mind I am abused. I am harassed. I'm not pure. The thing he did, who do I share them with,nobody's here,nobody understand, and the one that understand is also not here, who do I talk who do I tell to make the pain go away. Nobody is listening and if I tell, nobody will believe. Will think it is a lie. Please help me I wrote this cause I couldn't find anyone to tell and it is driving me crazy so why not express it this way. Help.if someone touches you forcefully it is also considered rape any form of forcefully or manipulative touching is RAPE.
