So, I'm not sure how the plotline will work. I'm mainly going to wing the hell out of this story XD....
But basically Louis has powers. He was born with them. Louis doesn't really know fully what he can do, but he uses his magic just for kicks. Harry is his long time best friend since pre-school. Louis has spent his whole life trying to hide what he can do from Harry, but he slipped up and Harry wants an explanation.

Louis is a kid with a big heart, but, he grew up with a father who would beat him and his mother. His father was an alcoholic who wanted Louis to be a man and not do anything that he found girly, like doing dishes, crying, cleaning, etc. his father then finds out that he is hanging out with a boy, which he didn't like.
