For now, let us look in the eyes of a nineteen year old female who has lived in Tokyo, Japan since she was four years old. This woman's name is Evageline Lilly, a private detective for the Japanese Task Force. No one knows her true name as she goes by El except for her family. Let's take a look into her life, shall we?
