Vianna Montes was a sixteen year old who was, unlucky enough to be, diagnosed with cancer. After a charity company got in contact with her, telling her that she is given a wish of her choice, she wishes to meet her favorite actor. They meet and connect, immediately. One thing leads to another and they, unknowingly, fall in love with each other. They go through pain and happiness, trying to be there for each other. However, Tom still has a career to keep.
Will they stay together or will they forever say goodbye to each other? Will their love be enough?
