However, the Districts got better treated than ever before, the new president of Panem estimating that giving the rebels more liberty would prevent a new revolution. The only condition for this is the continuation of the Hunger Games. The Reaping is now far more just than before, only the children of criminals being chosen. But at the dawn of the 100th Hunger Games, celebrating the 4th Quarter Quell and 1st Century of Suffering, the twist announces a more sadic than ever edition, and an even better show for the Capitol.
