Severely diagnosed with cancer and the bi-polar syndrome, 14 year-old boy Jaime is fighting for his life while being pushed left and right. At school, his so-called friend, Charlie rejects him when they get into 8th grade. At home, his parents are divorced and his sister, Amber is embarrassed of him. He wants to die. He wants to be normal just like the others kids at school. Then one day, when Jaime turns 15, a girl named Sarah is fighting leukemia. She says to not give up on himself, and one thing had gave him light in his life her since, she had asked him to be friends with her. Until, one day, Sarah disappears. Now Jaime has to fight on his own, believing that nothing can stop him. Even if Sarah is gone.
