Shawn gets reunited with his old friends (or cell buddies) from his dark past: Neko, Pupp, and Wolfy, only they come with bad news. The man that kidnapped and abused them as teenagers has escaped from his rightful place in the hell  of prison. Apparently, he hadn't finished his work with Shawn and his friends, and forcefully takes them away to finish what he started. It is now Alex's job to find Shawn and get revenge on this evil man that decided to mess with the love of his life.
