Eva lives on Saltspring Island, British Columbia, in Canada. She's lived there all of her life, knows how island life works and likes it that way. It's quiet, slow, and peaceful. There's plenty of space to run and be the free spirit that she is. Caden is from New Orleans, that means big city American. Needless to say, they're like oil and water. He hates island life, and she hates him. So it pisses them both off when they find out they're mates... And if that wasn't sucky enough, there's a reason Caden's parents moved them to Saltspring, and it seems like it's followed them.
