Evelyn Montgomery is an above-average teenager whose life could be above-average if things just weren't so complicated. She still has the same rivalry with Lucas Montford as she did in the first grade. The only difference is that the cooties epidemic has been cured now that they're in high school, and that changes everything. Jessica, Evelyn's closest friend, has a new boyfriend every month. According to her, everyone can see the chemistry between Eve and Luke besides the two of them, and they're both just too stubborn to admit it. Soon, Jessica won't be the only one who gets her heart broken. ((this story is pretty embarrassing i wrote it like a year ago if you know me don't read it!!!!))

Trauma

*T/W/ STORY CONTAINS MENTIONS OF DEATH, GUN VIOLENCE, AND PTSD* People who don't know Evelyn Thomas might think that she's perfect inside and out. They think that she's the daughter of a famous actor and director, so how can she not be this talented, bubbly, and talkative girl they've always seen on T.V.? But they didn't see an event take place at her old school. They don't see her efforts to try and drown out her misery alone in her bedroom, and they definitely don't see how scared she is of performing. Yet, what happens when her parents decide to sign her up for New York's most prestigious performing arts high school: LaGuardia? And will she meet someone who will pull her out of her dark past?
