Sixteen year old Blair is the average teenage girl. She spends all her time in her bedroom, surfing the internet. And on the rare occasion she's out skateboarding or hanging around with her Thirteen year old brother, Corbin.

Blair isn't from the small town of Santa Carla, she's from Las Vegas Nevada. Her family had moved to the small town in northern California because they needed a change. And it was her parents dream to live by the ocean. Blair hates the idea and she is nervous about this big move from bright and loud Las Vegas to quiet and calm Santa Carla.

Blair has every right to be hesitant and nervous about moving to Santa Carla. Because to her and her family's surprise, It's the 'Murder Capital Of The World'. And Blair should be nervous about a certain group of men her brother meets along the boardwalk.

Blair worries about her brother when he's out with this group, and she has every right to be worried about him. What will Blair think of this group when she meets them? And what will she think of the leader?
