It is the year of new beginnings; it is the year of a new dawn's era. The world weeps from it's wounds, unable to mend the chaos wrought upon it's surface in Era's prior. She begs redemption of her children, but they listen only with deaf ears. The Era of Humanity... ...is over. The Era of the Mutams... ...Has begun. Centuries have passed since Kimberly was first safely cradled away deep beneath the earth in the stasis chamber, left to her forgotten slumber. Robbed of her memories in the year of 3045, she finds herself in the crumbling world of what was once the North American continent. With the help of Kodynal, an eccentric and very inventive mutam--creatures half human and half animal--she begins searching for the keys that might just unlock the doors to her past. In doing so however... she discovers secrets that very well may deal the final blow against the last dwindling remnants of society.
