The Android rebellion had worked. Markus and Jericho had freed all of the Androids in Detroit and all over the United States. Connor, newly deviant, is still struggling to fight against his own systems to truly free himself. 

A new detective joins the Detroit Police Department and proves to be a valuable asset against the rogue deviants, but she isn't without her own problems as well.
