Sometimes to get clarity , we just need to share our story.
This is my story -with a few modifications. It's purpose is to honestly depict what I face as an international student , as a Jamaican, as a girl without a mom, as a girl struggling with self image among other factors that make me who I am. Parts of the story is fictional as to withhold certain personal details as well as the identity of others.
