Voldemort's Trouble And Strife: Destined

Caught in a sticky situation... Alright. Fine... Also, not-so-great at the same time. A paradox.

As an American witch, abducted on a "family" trip while attending the Triwizard Tournament gone haywire. As anyone can tell, I escaped the graveyard as my loud and arrogant brother is caught in the midst of the main attraction. Of course. The same graveyard from my recurring dreams, actually. Although, I choose to seek quick refuge in the rotting, abandoned manor.

The horror-movie-flick part is...

There's a rune causing an invisible wall at every entance point, preventing my escape. Every window, door frame, and chimney has decades old splat of a dried crimson stain, cnceling the power of the rune.

Something I learned in school over a year prior.

And the worst part... Whoever, this so-called "Lord Voldemort" is: I know nothing of his existence. The worst part of the "sheltered" American-Witch Society. And most likely, the rune was mastered during his youth- a simple answer: no way in hell is he expecting to a meet-and-greet with a seventeen-year-old foreign witch with a "sensible" attitude.
Neither am I sporting the Brittish style of things around here.
