My Temporary Home With an Obnoxious, Annoying, Temporary Family

If I had a journal with a list of people I just really would like to punch in the face, my new family would be at the top of the list. They are obnoxious, annoying, and they suck every little ounce of fun out of life. Now I may be over exaggerating, but how about I backtrack a bit to fill you in?

My name is Mackenzie Matthews; just another teenage boy. I enjoy playing video games, going out at night, hitting up the gym, having fun-but that's besides the point. The point is, my parents thought it'd be funny if they went on a vacation for a year, without me. You read correctly, my parents sent me off to one of my mother's friends houses, across the country, in plain, old, boring Ohio. What's a Californian boy like me going to do in Ohio? Better yet, with a family full of all girls?
