Jasper and the Tiffikins

'Jasper and the Tiffikins' is a story about a 12-year-old, 6-inch-high boy named Jasper who is desperate to be tall, just like everyone else. When he unwittingly makes a wish on a star one night, a fairy named Amethyst arrives and gives him the opportunity to fulfil his dream. First, he must complete three tasks for her.

Jasper sets out on his journey with the aid of a magical map, a gift from Amethyst, and discovers a village of tiny people just like him. Through getting to know the people in the forest known as the Tiffikins, and completing his three tasks he slowly comes to the realisation that his dream may not be to be tall after all, and he finally finds a place where he feels at home.
