The tale of Malakano

Malakano is nothing more than another commoner in a common town, far to the south of the true kingdoms of man. He belongs to no king and no cause other than survival, but that all changes when they come.
Malakano sees his home burn, his friends murdered, and his future crushed under armored foot of an Iron God of War, one none have seen the face of and one that will stop at nothing to destroy the world as Malakano knows it. And all he had to stop it is a mysterious, ancient weapon, a dark and foreboding prophecy, and a baby bird. Can he destroy the one that destroyed his home, his people, his hope? Or will he be just another fallen hero in the war that has consumed the world?
