Braedey Martin, bearer of the Transformatrix, a powerful ancient device created by the Thirteen Primes of Cybertron, allowing one to transform into any and all beings on Cybertron, whether Autobot, Decepticon, Predacon, or Insecticon, ends up being transported to another world, more specifically in Japan, where human/animal-like beings exist and live amongst the humans. 

He is placed amongst a group of demi-humans, alongside one Japanese human male, as they all go through some crazy knowhow and adventures after being involved with the "Interspecies Cultural Exchange" program.
