Danny and Vlad were fighting and Tucker threw the thermos at Danny to contain Vlad. But Vlad shot Danny with an ecto-blast and knocked Danny out, so Vlad captured him. Vlad took Danny to Axion labs and injected him with a blue liquid he thought would make Danny his evil apprentice/son. When Sam and Tucker were looking for Danny, they felt the ground shake near Axion labs. The laboratory was falling apart and Vlad, Sam and Tucker had no idea why. While Vlad was cursing and Sam and Tucker were watching what was happening, they found Danny! But not quite his size...

A New Beginning
Humans don't understand how someone can be both dead and alive, and that fact scares them, it opens up the possibility of a threat even if there is no evidence of malevolent intent. So, the only solution in the minds of humanity is to dominate and subjugate the unknown variable until it no longer has even the potential to be a threat. They choose to pretend that the unknown variable is lesser, that humanity is superior on no other grounds than that it's humanity. Danny had been stuck with the G.I.W for years when the Young Justice team rescued him. Broken, beaten, and none the wiser of the greater majority of humans, the humans with kindness in their eyes and light in their souls. He's been trapped in the darkness of greed and fear and violence for far too long, and what's left behind is a fractured mind and a trained weapon. Buried underneath that, however, is a young child who is scared and confused, a child that hasn't seen the light of day in years. That child never expected to see the bright side to existence, to see the light shine in the souls of the righteous. That all changed with one group of heroes, and one family of Bats. Yes, it's Pitch Pearl, but this AU is mine, so yeah. Warning- Mentions of suicide, abuse, neglect, and death. So, don't like, don't read! Anyway, onto the description- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Danny was suffering so much after being separated from Phantom. The bullying grew, Sam and Tucker leaving him, Jazz being too 'busy' to notice him, Maddie and Jack too busy with their research, Vlad only now interested in Phantom, ghosts mocking him, and poor grades to never accomplish his dreams. By this, Danny had given up everything and wishes to die. Only to be saved by someone unexpected. Or not... Now time is running as Danny must find a way to get rid of the curse before it's too late. Will everyone can save him? Will Danny accept his fate or stop it before it's too late? Or will this mysterious person have what their desire for so long? Danny wasn't a Fenton. He wasn't their original child, in fact, he was their nephew. A nephew they lied to. They thought they were helping him, but all it did was cause him to resent them. Cause him to run away. He needed to fix this mistake he unknowingly made. Dick wasn't a Wayne, but he liked pretending to be. It felt better than remembering that he was abandoned by someone he thought he could trust. Someone he thought would never leave his side. Someone who wasn't there for their deaths. Yet, they couldn't stay away from each other for too long. After all, they were two halves of the same whole.

"Jesus Christ..." he muttered, swallowing hard. He reached out tentatively, his gloved fingers brushing against the infant's cheek. It was ice-cold. The baby's chest rose and fell faintly, each breath a Herculean effort. Beneath the child, the tarp was damp-not with water, but something metallic-smelling and sticky. Blood? Ramirez's stomach twisted. "Dispatch," he whispered hoarsely into his radio, forcing his voice steady. "Officer Ramirez, 9th and Mercer. I need an ambulance. I found an infant. Abandoned. Possible injury." . . "They found a baby in Gotham," Bruce finally said. "Abandoned in an alley. They ran a DNA test... and it matched you." Dick froze, the world around him suddenly quiet, as if the city itself held its breath. "What?" he said sharply, disbelief washing over him. "That's impossible."

Jason was just feeling okay. He no longer felt like bashing someone's skull in just because they annoyed him just a little too long. Then he found a kid with glowing green eyes that was freezing to the touch. Honestly, he didn't know what he was doing when he took them in.
