Bellerose Lairlynne Durant was born and raised on Earth-6, a meta-human from birth. On Earth-6, the government is hunting down the meta population, and painting them as a threat to humanity as a whole, so they can resume their unknown diabolical plot. Bellerose's boyfriend, Finnick Travers breached her to Earth-1 to escape, accidentally roping Team Flash into defending the innocent.
