(My first story) They kissed under the tree. The fireworks illuminated their love, and they let go into the vast night.
After that day, if two people truly loved each other, the fireworks would illuminate their love. The lake doesn't look like it used too, but maybe the myth of love lake is still true.

"You know why people call me the devil?" His breath fanning over my ear. "It's not because I am a sinner." His harsh breath comes out in pants, showing me how equally he is affected as he continues. "It's because I am capable of making innocent people commit sins."
