"I'm so pathetic." I laughed bitterly in between tears. "I'm a murderer." Using my hand to wipe off any tears that were threatening to fall off, I looked at the boy staring at me intently with his hazel eyes never once leaving mine as he watched the protective walls surrounding me break down brick by brick. I felt as if I was bare and vunerable and a single touch would make me cower in fear of being seen by the outside world.
