Kaki muda yang comot dengan kesan pasir dan tahi ayam, betis yang tercalar-luka-dan-berdarah oleh duri salak, ayam-ayam berkokokan dari dapur dalam perut subuhari, cangkerang siput di parit, babi berlarian sepuluh ekor tersusun dari semak samun dan-- seperti hal-hal yang rawak ini, penyair akan terus hidup dengan kenang-kenangan.
