Problems with Living in a Strange City

Rob was a normal kid living in an almost-normal city. He always felt that this city and some of the people living in it were hiding secrets. But after a series of events, Rob becomes the target of a manhunt. He also must escape the mafia, some drug-addicted bullies, a creepy girl that wants to be with him, a mysterious bloodthirsty killer, and a bear that escaped the zoo. Like I said, he's living in an almost-normal city.
