In a land desolate of everything vital to humanity, the people throw their faith into a diety, Jemper, that controls the winds of the earth. How he came to be could not be told, since he came from the time of destruction, centuries ago. He has lived through the tortures of the past and has come to supply the future.
However, Jemper, is losing his power as he nears death. It is prophesied that as chosen one will replace him and supply clean air to sustain the rest of humanity. But the death of Jemper approaching has caused hate to surface and many rebel against the religion, causing a war. Wind vs. Fire.
What happens when to childhood friends end on the opposite sides of the war? What happens when one is the chosen one?

The heavy amounts of bickering and debating over these subjects, going as far as starting wars and in-fighting within families, even breaking some apart. This is further proven by the sudden appearance of enhanced individuals nicknamed "Blights," which single-handedly explains the general consensus about them. Hated and oppressed, Blights have had their backs against the wall for decades. Teenager Liam Wang must learn how to juggle both his civilian life and the life of his super-powered, crime-fighting persona "Narukami" and all that comes with it.
