Bullying isn't cool kids. Just don't do it.
As for the actual summary:
When first grader Elliot's best friend is bullied, he decides to stand up and confront the bully. When things get to be too much, he flees, ending up meeting someone who comforts him, and getting a boyfriend in the end.
Oh, and this is just a quick unedited rambling of me trying to get out my idea for how the two meet.
