Her mother was a northsider and her father a serpent, they were high school lovers and ended up giving birth to Rebel and her brother James. There parents split up, her father loyal to the south and her mother to the north, there loyalty broke their love. Rebel was and to her will always be a serpent even though she lives with her mother and her brother with their father. Even though she spent more time on the south side then her own home. He distracted himself with football and girls and had earned himself quite a reputation. Betty and Veronica became best friends while they're mothers dated. They both embraced the New York party lifestyle. Betty changed from a sweet, quiet girl to a bit of a wild child but kept her heart of gold. That is, until Betty and Veronica move to Riverdale with their mothers. Jughead and Archie are shocked to see Betty again. One of them view her as a challenge, the other as prey.
