Fay and her sister Ashlynn are huntresses. Hunters and Huntresses are the peacekeepers of the Magical Realm, a world just like the human world but in it existed all of the creatures and beings of legend and fantasy. They slayed demons and imprisoned anyone that went against the laws of the Magical Realm. Currently, Fay was helping Ashlynn with a mission to find a lost huntress, one that was left to live in the human world with no knowledge of the Magical Realm.
Ella Piper was just an ordinary teenage girl, with nothing to worry about except for normal things that any other would. She didn't believe in the magical but always had a longing for something otherworldly to whisk her away.
