I close the door behind me and return to my, now empty, bed. I shouldn't have let this happen. It was my worst mistake of all the mistakes I've made. He's my best friend's boyfriend. And he's my best friend too. We got close the past few months, and now I just ruined it. What is wrong with me? My thoughts get interrupted when my door is opened, I turn around to see Lucas. "Forgot something?" I ask with my eyebrows frowned. "I did actually." And by the time he finished his sentence, his lips are already pressed against mine. My mind doesn't think it twice this time. My arms move instantly around his neck and I pull him closer. Our lips are hungry and our tongues angry. We can hear our breaths getting louder and louder with each touch. I don't overthink it. I want this and I'm getting this. I'm done putting others first. It's my time now. "Fuck it." I breathe on his lips. I pull on his shirt for him to take it off. With no hesitation, the shirt flies across the room.
