In an age of society when people develop powers based on their blood, there arise 2 groups. The Archeologists (who want to research these powers and find out how to unlock it for everyone) and the Enforcers (who want to keep the powers in a select few and make everyone else under their control). Follow the story of 16 year old Victor Crowseer, who finds out he is one of the choose few that have this ability of mystical powers, as he tries to find out his families past while trying to choose which side to fight for, the good of the people or his own self interests.
