Young Ray Hawthorne learned that the hard way
He was special, different than other people. He, along with many others, had a malfunction in there genetic code gaining them the title of 'Glitch'
Glitches ranged from having an extra finger to complete biological manipulation. A secret government organization, Counsel of Biological Enhancement known commonly as Upgrade seeked to capture, control and of course upgrade the abilities of these glitches to turn them into super soldiers.
After years of this injustice there was a rebellion of these glitches and Ray Hawthorne and almost all other captured glitches escaped and dissolved into society, and the problem is that those glitches were upgraded and extremely Powerful.
This story is about the fight against upgrade and the teaming up some of these glitches to become the RagTag Militia.

This is further proven by the sudden appearance of enhanced individuals nicknamed "Blights," which single-handedly explains the general consensus about them. Hated and oppressed, Blights have had their backs against the wall for decades. Teenager Liam Wang must learn how to juggle both his civilian life and the life of his super-powered, crime-fighting persona "Narukami" and all that comes with it. The Ability Era
Disclaimer: There is some violence(blood and gore), and some crude language. This story is currently under hiatus. Not sure when I will continue. The story revolves around this organization called the Intergalactic Brigade Force(IBF) which is kind of like a special police made up of people with abilities(powers). The ability persons(AP's) are ranked by letter, Squad A being the best, and Z the worst. The beginning of the story focuses on Squad Y and their mission to stop an arms dealer called Red Coyote. The focus shifts away from them and shows the perspective of a plethora of characters such as a robot cowboy, a crazy mind controller, some weird prison inmates, and later shifts to a school of AP children. I think some may find it boring and maybe complicated but I hope you enjoy if you choose to read.Complete

Dokusei, a charming, yet cocky mercenary who supplies the gang with weapons and escorts them on missions. Additionally, there are a number of dark, powerful figures known as Reapers who have ascended to a higher level of power due to having a hefty kill count.
