Not all heroes are made for greatness. People must die,Laws broken and morals ignored for justice to be served Young Ray Hawthorne learned that the hard way He was special, different than other people. He, along with many others, had a malfunction in there genetic code gaining them the title of 'Glitch' Glitches ranged from having an extra finger to complete biological manipulation. A secret government organization, Counsel of Biological Enhancement known commonly as Upgrade seeked to capture, control and of course upgrade the abilities of these glitches to turn them into super soldiers. After years of this injustice there was a rebellion of these glitches and Ray Hawthorne and almost all other captured glitches escaped and dissolved into society, and the problem is that those glitches were upgraded and extremely Powerful. This story is about the fight against upgrade and the teaming up some of these glitches to become the RagTag Militia.
