In a fantasy land, the world knew a time of its usual battles, politics and other issues. That time became known as the era of balance due to the upcoming troubles which forever changed the world. One of the realms and its kingdom descended into darkness and chaos which spread to the other lands which brought the world much more war, turmoil, everything everywhere changed. This led to a time where many groups, armies, heroes and such that stood against it all or at least attempted to.. Even factions and groups rose up to thrive and cherish on the chaos, contributing to it further thrive off others, a time where people had much to gain if they went about things correctly. Each group has their own story, their own struggles, their own profits, but the one we shall focus on is the unlikely trio who went through it all, a trio of nobodies who had to work together and adapt. They could run and hope others deal with it or try to stand against it and do what they can to fight back. By the end of the worse of it, they went through a lot, met friends, allies, eternal enemies, but not everyone survives... their story began when a village was raided and burned down in the middle of the night by orcs. The three young friends barely escaped and went to the kingdom for refuge, as they're settling in they're dragged into a very dangerous plot that leads to the trouble that changes the world which is what forces them to either stand idly by, get involved or to escape the chaos around them by getting far away. I bet you can guess what they decide, but I bet you can't guess their story.

This book features multiple races, fighting, blood, magic, and much more.
This book is also still a work in progress and I'm publishing each chapter as I finish writing it. Any feedback is welcomed and encouraged.

As happened many times in the past the Fell Ice once again charged down from the north and attacked the world in its effort to turn it into a frozen ball of ice. Only the White Magic and it's ally the Sun could stand against such a vast enemy. From their home in the Valley of the Sun the great tribe of Elves could only watch as the monumental fight unfolded. As the battle intensified and the valley became threatened the tribe separated back into their four original tribes and each made their way back to their ancestral homes. Within their Vales, behind thick stone walls and under powerful domes of magic, they were protected from the onslaught upon the earth. The Elves watched for thousands upon thousands of turns as the war raged overhead. The Fell Ice against the Sun and the White Magic were locked in a struggle lasting for an age, with neither side claiming victory as the earth was ravaged. In time the Fell Ice retreated, as it had so many times in the past. Beaten, yet not defeated, only biding it's time for the next attack. It returned to its frozen Kingdom at the Top of the World, thus ending this last Age of Ice. This time, as the earth warmed around them, the Elves remained secluded from the world in their hidden Vales. They observed from afar life returning to the lands and took stock of man becoming the dominant ones as their numbers grew and spread. As the Elves watched they felt safe and secure in their Vale strongholds. They had no idea of the danger that was about to befall them. This is a stand-alone sequel to my story "Druids Bane".

A one shot about a romance revolving around a futuristic institute's cultural festival. As it is, even future soldiers have a normal high-school life. The story is set in the future, where children are trained from an early age, by the permission of their parents, (unless of course, they are orphans) to become Knights. They then become part of the military. Nina is such a child, who joined the V_ four years ago. She's infamous for her wild nature and blatant disregard of the rules and the Student Council. And then, by some blighted twist of fate, she finds herself a House Prefect. Enter Azerkin Schwann, suave, cool, mysterious and with a permanent train of fangirls. Unbeknownst to the rest of the world, Nina finds a close friend in the drool-worthy Schwann. Everything is going on perfectly; except for a pack of man-killer cyborg wolves, an insanely powerful rival-in-battle, whose aim in life seems to be throwing challenge after challenge at Nina, and the Senior Troublemaker of the School's latest game :- 'Set fire to a pile of straw'. Well, that's not much, after all, what can a pile of straw do? Nothing, unless there's a stack of fireworks underneath. And that's the least of her worries when Nina's fallen head over heels for Schwann. This is a work of fiction, and the characters introduced are purely fictional. Any resemblance in name or character is unintentional. Just sayin' since this is basically my first story using normal names and settings. The story is currently a one shot. I may develop it further if there's a positive response from my readers. Positive, as in comments and votes.

In the kingdom of Korux in the land of Volinrath, men, elves, and dwarves have lived and ruled together since time out of mind. Until, that is, a surprise attack by a massive army of trolls lays waste to their kingdom and their way of life. The kings of each group are killed and the women and children of Korux are lucky to escape with their lives. The sons of the three kings train as warriors from an early age and by the time they reach their twentieth year they have formed strong bonds of friendship as well as mastered the art of warfare. They are ready to avenge the trolls and regain their rightful clam to their homelands. Through their skills in battle they quickly eliminate the troll king and his partner, the goblin king and decimate their troups. They resettle their own kingdom and enjoy returning to normal lives. But their troubles are not over yet. The Dark Lord has returned after many years of silence and is amassing his armies--tens of thousands of soulless skeletons and their giant counterparts and "masters of death," the Grimes. Expect twists and turns as you venture into the land of Volinrath. The heroes must stand up for one another no matter what--there are enemies in hot pursuit every step of the way. **I published this in story in 2015 but ended up taking it off the market due to a single review-the ONLY review on it in fact, which compared it a poorly written screenplay. My initial plan was to take it down and rewrite it then put it back up but due to growing self-doubt brought on from that comment I decided to abandon the tale and rework it into the another series I'm working on! I will however, put it on here for all to read.**
The Greylands: Modern Edition by SusanSkylark
1 part Complete
A land of shadows, of mystery, of obfuscated Truth. Welcome to the Greylands, that strange world, within the bounds of Time, peopled by mortal men. We cannot see truly, only as through a glass, darkly. There are things that move and have their being completely beyond our ability to perceive them. There are things beyond our mortal ability to comprehend. There are hints and glimmers hidden within the body of revealed Truth, but there is much we do not know, cannot yet understand, and could never dare dream. These stories are mere fancy, with a seed of Truth at their core. They play with the ideas of mortality and Eternity, Time and things beyond it, and of course the epic battle of Good against Evil. Each stands alone, and though there are common themes, threads, names, and concepts, each story is an entity unto itself and should not be seen as occurring in the same world or mistaken for installments of a series. These are random musings, not Gospel Truth, and should not be taken as such. Joy, hope, and encouragement are hopefully a byproduct, but certainly not sound Theology. If you would know more of the true world beyond these Greylands, one must be a careful student of the Scriptures, not of silly stories such as these. While still fairytales, these stories are set in modern surroundings rather than the land of Faerie! Each story is unique unto itself, and doesn't reference any other story, world or character elsewhere.

Book One is finally complete, please look forward to Book Two, The Chronicles of Arnora: The Zemorian Invasion! Thousands of years ago there was a great war between the powers of light and darkness. The army of good had defeated the powers of evil, however darkness doesn't truly die.... Now thousands of years later that evil has returned to finish what it started all those years ago. The hope of saving the world now rests on the shoulders of one young man. Can he stop this evil before it rises again? Or will the darkness snuff out the light and reign supreme? Find out in the first exciting installment of The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon! My story takes place on a alternate Earth, in the fictional realm of Arnora. A place abundant with magic and full of different races such as Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Witches and Wizards. I've taking inspiration from some of my favorite well known sources to bring this story to life. Some of them include The Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Eragon and even Harry Potter. If you enjoy epic fantasy stories then I think you'll enjoy my story The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon. This is an original story of my own creation with my own original characters. Before I started publishing my story on Wattpad I've had several people read it and they've told me it was good and they enjoyed reading it and I hope you all enjoy it as well. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.

Through thick and thin the Law shall prevail. A new sense of purpose awaits us, children of light, in the land where it all began. The darkness in which we once cowered in fear, now curbed by the might of our endless light. Come, brothers, come, sisters. Let there be peace among the wicked, just as the Law dictates. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. Don't let the radiance dim and don't let the mind turn bleak. Wake, young traveler. Bid thy farewells and burn thy bridges. It's time to say goodbye, curly head. Cross post from AO3. For a shorter and more on-point description, look no further! I had something silly written up before throwing it out in exchange for that wall of text upstairs. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Anyway, it's quite lengthy, but hopefully enjoyable? Slide a comment if you want, I'll give you a tiny kiss on the forehead. Man, do I love comments. (Lastly, to point out, English is not my native language, but I don't think it'll be much of an issue ;3)
The Colour Of My Fate (Completed) by GarryDnovelist

Five men from different parts of the world tried committing suicide at the exact same time after going through certain hardships and ugly circumstances in their various lives. They were fed up with life and felt that there was no point to continue living. So, suicide was their only option to escape reality. As each of them was about to commit their own form of suicide, a mystical being suddenly appeared individually to them. These beings or entities were also five in number, just like the men. The mystical beings, all wearing long hoodie-type cloths that slightly covered their feet and of many different colors matching their skin tones, proposed a solution to each of the men, telling them that there is a way to change their fate for the better. Each of those men was very much terrified when they encountered these mystical beings, which looked like elves in appearance, but they accepted their offer, which they saw as a chance of changing their fate. The mystical beings did not actually tell them the way to change their fate but opened a rainbow multidimensional portal and all said the same thing, which is "FOLLOW ME IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR FATE," with a hand gesture signaling "follow me" towards the man they are individually with. These men did not hesitate but followed them through the portal with the mindset that they didn't have anything to lose by doing so, and they saw it as a chance of gaining salvation. In other words, a chance to be saved from their present predicament or situation and being improved or made new circumstantially. They don't know what awaits them on the other side they are entering, but as the story unfolds, it will all be revealed. _________________________________ INCLUDES: *Mystical elves *A mystical god *Romance *Multi-protagonist Start Date: 12/27/2023 End Date: 02/17/2024 Word Count: 62K Genres: Fantasy, Drama and Psychological © 2023 [First Edition]
