Seikatsu Uchiha wasn't a normal Uchiha to begin with. He didn't possess the strong elemental affinity for Fire like every other Uchiha neither did he excel in Genjutsu even though he had Sharingan. He was a social outcast among the Uchiha and the Leaf for this peculiarity like how many of his ancestors were. But he had manifested a power which had remained dormant in his family from centuries.

Tag up with the outcast on his journey through the Shinobi world and farther away.
