Seikatsu Uchiha wasn't a normal Uchiha to begin with. He didn't possess the strong elemental affinity for Fire like every other Uchiha neither did he excel in Genjutsu even though he had Sharingan. He was a social outcast among the Uchiha and the Leaf for this peculiarity like how many of his ancestors were. But he had manifested a power which had remained dormant in his family from centuries.

Tag up with the outcast on his journey through the Shinobi world and farther away.

The Sharingan had activated, and so Hinari could finally see more than she liked. However, since she was still too young, she was forbidden to ever show her Sharingan and so the little Uchiha had to hide everything in the academy. My face never gave away a glimpse of doubt as I smirked. "I heard that the Namikaze clan has the potential to go up against the Senju and the Uchiha", he declares, the wind blowing his hair away from his murk eyes.
