In life, we can experience different problems that can blow our self confidence off. You can't say that you're alive when there's no problem that will give you headaches. But the thing is, can you cope up the problems that will come to your life?
I wrote this book full of motivations. I want to help by spreading these words to those people who can't face their problems.

Seen all the good memories with you and your friends and loved ones just pass in a few split seconds before the moment comes where you know you'll die? Where you determine if it's going to be a quick or slow and painful death? Well then, same. This isn't a story. It's about people with problems in life aka depression/anxiety/anything else you need help with. We're all hiding inside ourselves and don't know what to do. I hope to help...
