A seventeen year old girl named Celine Ryan works at a coffee shop. At the end of her shift, a man approached her.
He told her she had been accepted into the Phoenix Project. She later found out that he had been stalking her and her family.
   Before she could escape he enjected her with a sleeping syrum. He took her to a Warehouse, tied her to a chair, but before he could do anything else a big storm appeared. He injected her with a certain blue liquid, before the effects could fully kick in she was struck by lightning.

Keep in mind, when Phoenix die, they are always reborn.

A/N: This is a crossover fan fiction between the anime Elfen Lied and Naruto! I am only using the diclonius idea and putting it in the Naruto anime. And one other thing; I did start this story when I was about thirteen (I am currently seventeen) and the first few chapters are a tad messy and some of the grammar is sketchy, but I promise it does get a lot better in the later chapters.
